many users, especially all users at Nextcloud version 33 had issues by e.g. creating app passwords presented with an unresolvable password prompt. This is because the current oidc plugin isn’t supporting those password fields and it doesn’t look like this will change for the long run.
So we replace with this hot fix the current oidc plugin (oidc_login) with a new, more official one (user_oidc).
The patch will only be applied, if SSO for the Nextcloud is enabled and no ldap link inside the old oidc plugin is found.

The patch will be applied on all libre workspace instances at this sunday night.

Because of urgency this patch is directly pushed to the stable branch. However the patch script was tested in different scenarios in local and public instances. So I don’t expect any heavy issues.
@Jean Gilt der Patch auch für Instanzen die noch kein SSO für Nextcloud haben also vor der offiziellen Unterstützung installiert wurden wo zwar das Addon in der Nextcloud aktiv ist?
Bei mir scheint sich nichts zu tun.
Habe den Libre-Workspace nach mehrmaligen Versuchen nun zum Laufen gebracht. Nur die Nextcloud funktioniert nicht.
Ich habe den Patch manuell über SSH ausgeführt, ohne Erfolg. Die Nextcloud zeigt weiterhin den gleichen Fehler.
Gibt es da etwas, was man tun könnte?
