Cloud Desktop geht nicht - VM auf Unraid

Ich habe nun Libre Workspace installiert und das funktioniert auch. Allerdings geht der Cloud Desktop nicht. Wenn ich drauf drücke öffnet sich eine neue Seite mit der fehlermeldung “Fehler
Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten und die gewünschte Aktion kann nicht fortgesetzt werden. Bitte informieren Sie ihren Systemadministrator oder prüfen Sie die Logdateien, falls das Problem bestehen bleiben sollte.”
Leider kenne ich mich damit nicht aus und bitte deshalb hier um Hilfe.
Meine Serverhardware:
Libre Workspace auf Unraid installiert in einer VM. Unraid selber läuft auf einem Dedizierten Server mit 16 Threads und 128GB RAM.
Der VM habe ich 12 GB RAM zugewiesen und 6 Threads.
Ich hoffe heir kann mir jemand helfen.

Okay, sieht nach guacamole aus.
Da brauchen wir den log von Guacamole.
Schau mal, ob

cd /root/desktop
docker-compose logs

was ausspuckt.

Hallo zusammen, ich bin neu hier und habe mir des Workspace von der ISO installiert. Es funktioniert auch soweit alles, bis auf den Desktop. Ich bekomme die gleiche Fehlermeldung wie im Screenshot zu sehen ist. Ich beschreibe mal kurz die Umgebung: Der Server sitzt hinter meiner Fritzbox. Ich habe folgende Freigaben eingerichtet:

Scheint ein Datenbank fehler zu sein.
Schonmal probiert, das Desktop Modul im Portal zu deinstallieren und dann wieder zu installieren?
(jeweils 30 Minuten dazwischen warten)

Hallo Jean, danke für die Rückmeldung. Ja ich habe das Modul und auch den ganzen Server schon mehrmals neu installiert aber der Fehler bleibt. Sind denn die freigegeben Ports und die DNS Einträge soweit richtig?
